Who we are. SleepBaby is a helper for parents around baby sleep. We are not doctors, we don't diagnose anything, and we don't replace your pediatrician. Who can use it. You're 18 or older, and you're the parent or legal guardian of the baby you're tracking. What the app does. Helps you note sleep and feeds, builds a personal sleep plan, and answers your questions through an AI helper ("Kessi"). Kessi follows well-known pediatric sleep approaches and AAP safe-sleep rules. What the app does NOT do. - Replace your pediatrician. - Recommend any medication for sleep — ever. - Endorse anything unsafe: stomach sleep before independent rolling, bed-sharing, pillows or blankets in the crib, weighted items. - Handle emergencies. If something is acutely wrong, stop using the app and call your local emergency number. Your data. It stays yours. We use it only so the helper can help you. Download or delete it any time from Settings. Use it like a human. Don't try to bypass safety, don't use the service on behalf of others without their consent, don't abuse the chat. If something goes wrong. The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. If we change these terms. We'll tell you in the app. Keep using SleepBaby after that and it counts as agreement. Contact us. For data and legal questions: privacy@sleepbaby.example
