What does SleepBaby do? It logs your baby's sleep and feeding in one tap, builds a personal sleep plan that adapts as the data comes in, shows your statistics, and lets you ask Kessi — our AI sleep helper — a question at any hour. Is this medical advice? No. SleepBaby is an educational sleep helper, not a doctor. For any health concern about your baby, contact your pediatrician. Kessi will always point you there when something looks serious. What ages does it cover? Birth to 18 months. Norms and guidance are tuned to that window. How do the free period and Premium work? Premium unlocks unlimited chat with Kessi, your personal adaptive plan, and the full statistics history. The free period is granted by us at sign-up and needs no payment method. Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. How do I cancel? On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SleepBaby → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. How do I get a refund? Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us too and we'll help you sort it out. How do I export or delete my data? Both live in the app: Settings → Delete account removes your account and your data, and we finish the deletion within 30 days. For an export, email us. I signed in with Apple and hid my email — can you still help? Yes. Write from any address and include the date you created the account so we can find it.
