Refund Policy

In short. Refund within 14 calendar days of payment by request to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}, provided Premium features haven't been used heavily.
When a refund is possible.
- Within 14 days of payment.
- If there was a technical failure on the service's side and Premium features were not actually delivered.
- If the payment was charged twice (provider-side duplicate) — the duplicate is refunded with no time limit.
When a refund is not issued.
- After the 14-day window (except for technical failures).
- When Premium features have been actively used (≥100 Kessi messages or ≥3 personal-algorithm recalibrations).
- For the Lifetime tier more than 14 days after activation.
How to request.
1. Email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with subject "Refund" and include the account email + payment date.
2. Reply within 3 business days.
3. If approved — funds are returned to the YooMoney wallet within 5–10 business days (the exact timeline depends on YooMoney).
Alternatives. If a formal refund isn't possible, the Provider may offer:
- An equivalent-duration Premium extension.
- Re-allocation of payment to a different tier (e.g. monthly → annual with top-up).
The Provider decides on refunds taking circumstances into account. Final terms follow the laws of the Russian Federation.
