Public Offer

1. General. This document is a public offer (Art. 437 of the Russian Civil Code) from {{SELLER_NAME}} ("Provider") to any person aged 18+ who has legal capacity ("User"). Paying for a tier on {{SITE_URL}} means the User fully and unconditionally accepts this offer. 2. Provider details. - Legal name: {{SELLER_NAME}} - Status: {{SELLER_STATUS}} (self-employed / sole proprietor under Russian law) - Tax ID (INN): {{SELLER_INN}} - Contact: {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} - Collection account: YooMoney wallet {{YOOMONEY_ACCOUNT}} 3. Subject. Provider grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the SleepBaby service ("Service") under the terms of the chosen tier. The Service is a software product for tracking infant sleep and feeding and receiving personalised recommendations from the AI helper Kessi. 4. Price and payment. - Prices per tier are listed on {{SITE_URL}}/billing in Russian roubles and include all applicable taxes. - Payment is a single one-off via YooMoney. No auto-renewal — Premium access ends when the paid period expires and the User returns to the free tier. - The moment of payment is the date funds are credited to the Provider's account. A tax receipt (for self-employed sellers under NPD regime) is emailed to the User within 24 hours. 5. Term. Premium is activated automatically upon successful payment and remains valid for: 30 days (Premium Monthly), 365 days (Premium Annual), or perpetually (Lifetime). 6. Refunds. Governed by the Refund Policy ({{SITE_URL}}/refund), which forms an integral part of this offer. 7. Limitation of liability. The Service is provided "as is". Kessi is not a substitute for a doctor and does not render medical services. Provider is not liable for decisions made by User based on Service recommendations. Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount User paid in the last 12 months. 8. Personal data. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy ({{SITE_URL}}/privacy) in accordance with Russian Federal Law 152-FZ. 9. Changes. Provider may unilaterally change the terms. The new version is published at {{SITE_URL}}/offer and takes effect on the publication date. Already-paid periods continue under the terms in force at the time of payment. 10. Disputes. Claims are sent to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and handled within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
